-you do sign that waiver about "results may vary"...Also, I think it only works for depression for vertical furrows or "worried look" between eyes- nowhere else- and certainly must depend on a person's particular circumstances. I ended up looking much less worried (as I stewed to myself and screwed up my brow without realizing it at times) and much more approachable, less cranky.
