Have I created effexor?

I am currently taking 5mg lexapro and 30 mg cymbalta. Is this basically the same as low dose effexor? Cymbalta alone makes me too nervous, and with 10 mg lexapro it seems to cancel out the good effects of cymbalta. This regimen seems ok. This make any sense? Should I go to low dose effexor? I tried it once before and my doc had me go to a high dose very fast and I could not handle it! My understanding is effexor is mostly an ssri at low doses.
