The usual dose of naltrexone for fibromyalgia is 4.5mg,taken between 8 pm and midnight. Some do better on 3,3.5 or 4 mg.See www.lowdosenaltrexone.org. for details. I have not found Lyrica to be of much use to most of those I tried it on.
