I'm not sure how similar Tianeptine is to amisulpride--it doesn't have the same dopamine reuptake-inhibiting effects like amineptine does, but there does seem to be some indirect effect.
But the dopamine agonists Pramipexole and Ropinirole are thought to be similar to amisulpride, and available in the US. They all enhance dopamine action at the D2/D3 receptors, though amisulpride does it differently than the other two. However, they are primarily Parkinson's disease drugs, and would need to be prescribed 'off-label' for something else. However, an experienced and open-minded psychiatrist, might be willing to do it. There is pretty good evidence for Pramipexole's use in depression and other related things.
