Hi ed,
Thanks for posting that. Can you say more about how this might help those with ADHD? I'm a bit clueless about the receptors and such beyond a basic knowledge.

My ADHD symptoms have been worsening lately, and I'd like to have an option beyond Provigil as long as I'm also on Nardil (which is also something I'm reconsidering).

Although looking at Epocrates on my palm, I see that use with MAOI's is contraindicated for guanfacine, so I would expect that this new drug would also be contraindicated. (sigh)
