I will post brief descriptions of possible injuries from antihistamine (chiefly diphenhydramine) but I think this should be in the interest of safety and I will not post anything about amounts. This isn't a forum for aiding suicide and you're obviously still here even after committing a potentially medically bad act as Benadryl should be spaced throughout a day.
Mostly gastric lavage and induced vomiting are performed, sometimes laxatives. Things like physostigmine may be given to increase ACh. Mostly extreme somnolence is present up to including coma, but most common is anticholinergic syndrome, something that can occur even with medically necessary prescribed doses of things like Akineton(I know, its the run of the gamut of Belladona like spaceout and dilated pupil symptoms and tachycardia with things like that and Cogentin, etc.)
Of deaths, which have been very few, most have been with diphenhydramine, which is not surprising because its the most common agent on the market, not because its any more potent other than being a bit harsher than refined anticholinergics.
I would see someone about this action and why you did perform it and to keep yourself safe. The intricacies of what happened medically is not necessarily as important (unless there is an ongoing problem with labs) as why and for your own psychiatric health.
Please stay safe and with us.-- Jay
