It's easier to stop Xanax early; but the longer
you take it and the more continuously you take
it, the harder its. Glad you used it when you
needed it.

I think part of the problem might be that
these drugs are prescribed, and then you are
shown the door. So, if you are not supervised,
and you forget one or take them erratically
or too long or just stop -- unexpected things
start to happen that are hard to connect to
the initial causes. This is especially so
when other drugs and other health conditions
are involved.

Medicine has become very complicated and
short-staffed to do the right job, it seems
to me.
