Thanks for the replies... The reason I am asking is I am currently in the process of switching from Effexor to Lexapro. E just wasn't doing it for me anymore at the lower doses and at the higher doses it makes me feel spacey.

I was just curious of how my general energy level was going to be on Lex vs E. E was generally activating for me, but at times could be sedating.

Everything I am reading about Lex says that for most people it is in the activating-normal range with a few sedating. Which is really what I want, I do not want sedating.
