Lucid Dreaming, Nightmares, Poor sleep

Any thoughts on the varying effects of different ssri/ssnri on nightmares and lucid dreaming.
I have terrible trouble sleeping (take zolpidem as a sleeing tablet but this only lasts for a few hours). I wake up in full panic attacks, have major nightsweats, lucid dreaming and am very aware of myself thinking and thinking in my sleep. Any tips? It really makes me feel terible
