Topamax - muscle fatigue and short of breath

Hi.
Since starting Topamax, I have noticed that my muscles fatigue much more quickly and I become short of breath in response to the slightest physical exertion.
Has anyone else had this experience? Does it disappear with time? Is it dosage dependent?
