You know what is best for you.

I am disturbed by this characterization. Since many of the posts here are mine, I can't help but to feel offended in some way.

> In my humble opinion there are people who want to help others,

I'm glad that this becomes obvious.

> people who avoid helping themselves,

If this is true, then these people are in particular need of patience and guidance. I don't know if it is anyone's intention upon birth to remain in a state of perpetual discomfort. This "avoidance", as you put it, is part of the problem and needs to be considered in the formulation of a solution. That a solution is actually being sought is evident in the presence of a person here, and is thus a true step in that person helping themselves. There is therefore no true avoidance, but perhaps an inability to attend.

> and people who play games.

Perhaps. I really don't see much of that going on here, though. Then again, it is my nature not to look for such things.

> It does not matter to me what anyone says about any of my comments here.

That is a pretty strong thing to say. I'm not sure how many people are truly insensitive to the disapproval of the majority. That is not to say that you are in the minority, of course.

> I am still a firm believer that medications are not the entire answer.

I guess that depends on what the question is.

> For some, medications are the major part of what they need; for others it is a matter of maybe 50%, and for others, it may be a minor part of the issue. This is my opinion.

You are probably in the majority, afterall.

> I just need to get off of reading and posting.

That happens quite often to a great many of us for a variety of reasons.

> I need to focus on myself now and said this once before. This time I will stick to it.

I hope you continue to discover what things are best for you and incorporate them into your life in a manner that enhances its quality.

Good luck.
