In reply to EMSAM (9mg) - if cant use Sudafed, what can i use, posted by bkdog on August 16, 2006, at 10:57:33
I believe cortisone sprays are acceptable, though they take time to work. But what I've found to work best are the little strips that you tape over the bridge of your nose to hold the nasal passages open. (Unfortunately I can't remember their name.) Surprisingly, they really do work, though you have to put up with being seen wearing them. They're especially helpful at night but work fine during the day too.
