I had depression for two weeks cutting from 7.5 to 3.75. Then poof, I felt better. When I went from 3.75 to zero I felt bad for a month and then it cleared. Odd thing is I slept very well coming off of tranzene, but I was on remeron too. Ride it out it will get better.
