what are signs that your SSRI dose is too high????

I take 40mgs celexa. My doc had me get up ASAP due to what she though were OCD related issues that could not be helped by lower doses.
Typically in my life, i've always responded to lower doses of medications. We even tried 50 and 60 but just proved too much.
What might be signs that 40mgs is too much?
