I've been thinking about this for some time too because my grandmother died from Parkinson's and I am so much like her personality wise and we have has similar conditions, including inflammatory disorders.

I have those traits too.

I don't know if there are specific tests to detect early Parkinson's, but I keep reminding my doctors of my family history and am scared to death that all my physical problems (hernated disc in my back, tender joints, and frequent sinus infections, may mean I will develop the disease.

Do you or your family members have any of these problems?
