I found I get hyper from diphenyhine, even though it's supposed to be a sleep aid. Maybe you too? Can you go to a pharamacist for advice in the case you are reluctant to immediately call your doctor? I'm sure this could not possibly permanent, by the way. But maybe the pharmacist could suggest a way to calm the reaction down. Or call if you are reluctant to go out in this state-I bet the number is on any of your prescription bottles.Good luck.
