diagnosis/treatment questions???

What would a psychiatrist or GP prescribe for someone with the following symptoms:
Difficulty falling and staying asleep every night
Social phobia (not severe, more like withdrawal and anti social, except with family)
anxiety (fear over future)
fatigue
weepiness
loss of pleasure
vague aches & pains
inability to stay on task
Here is the biggie--DRY MOUTH AND SEVERE DRY EYES, therefore elavil is out. Zoloft caused severe intestinal distress. Wellbutrin caused headaches and anger. Effexor caused nightmares. Ambien is great for getting to sleep but invariably causes up and down emotions the next day after using it. Doesn't want weight gain--i.e. paxil.
Is it unrealistic to think that something could help a person with these symptoms?
The GP says: EXERCISE
