If you are having urination difficulties, alpha blockers such as Cardura or Hytrin can help with the symptoms. I've used Cardura and Flomax to relieve urination problems associated with tricyclic ADs, and they both worked quite well. Effexor, Cymbalta, and Strattera can cause similar problems due to their effects on NE reuptake.
