Effexor XL Withdrawal

I have been on Effexor 375. My prescriber recommended reducing my dosage for a few days then taking Wellbutrin (which I requested because it has no sexual side effects). I am terribly nauseated, tired,disoriented. Anyone else have these problems? Solutions?
