I agree from experience Dexedrine is slightly better than Adderall in this regard, though I cannot tolerate either. I've heard conflicting reports regarding the peripheral effects of Desoxyn. It's purported to have the least peripheral side effects, but I don't know really how much better it would be in this regard. For example, as mentioned I find Dex and Adderall pretty similiar in regard to peripheral side effects, though as you mention Dex is slightly less activating on the body. What I'd really like to know is how Desoxyn compares to Ritalin in terms of cardiovascular side effects, but I've yet to find any info on this.
