Weaning off of Provigil

Suffering from Hasimoto disease . While on provigile head gets very tight resulting in headache, eyes get very dry. Seems like it's a vasal constrictor, is there anything I can take to dialate and avoid this headache?

Next I need to wean off of 200mg that is taken once daily. What is best method to wean. Cutting dose in half results in aggaitation and some irrational thinking.
