I got extrapyramidal effects from paroxetine (which I took hot on the heels of sertraline).
I used to tell my then pdoc all the time that I would get/might be getting parkinson's and I'm sure she thought I was a real bore.When I get my depressions now (and they are frequent) I can get a kind of paralysis. I wonder if someone with bipolar could show parkinson's only in the down phase. Maybe someone who was doomed to get parkinson's anyway.
