Sorry must write quickly as this is my lunch brake!

I'm sorry to hear your having such a terrible time.

My guess is that you need a higher dose of Nardil.
Sometimes you need to go up to 90mgs for SA I believe.

Have you thought of adding something for sleep?
(Assuming sleep is a problem)

I combined Trimipramine low dose Trimipramine to counteract Marplan insomnia no problem.
