I had true restless legs nocturnally on Cymbalta.
Because I was anxious to add a dopaminergic agent for augmentation, I went onto Requip (ropinirole) (similar to Mirapex) and the restless legs went away entirely on low doses of Requip. Also, it did help with the low motivation depression symptoms.
