Tired all the time-Why?

Hey everyone
I just wondered if anyone had any ideas as to whats making me feel so damn tired all the time?
The only med I'm currently on is Tianeptine
And my fatigue predates my use of Tianeptine
Doesn't seem to be affected by sleep either-I sometimes feel like I have more energy if I sleep less
Fatigues been an ongoing problem for me for the last few years.
The limmited number of ADs I've tried don't seem to have helped much.
What I'm wondering is could there be some kind of physical cause?
I've got some bowel problems, IBS probably-Could this be affecting it?
Has anyone else had these kind of problems?
Has anyone treated them succesfully?
