I find that everytime I change meds or doses, I have some amount of appetite change. Usually the change is decreased appetite (or no appetite, which happened on a dose increase once), although when I went on Effexor a few months back I was ravenous. It could just be the fact that you're changing and stopping stuff, but it could also be something you're taking. I've never taken Lamictal or Depakote so I have no idea if that could do it. All I do know is I always have trouble with my appetite whenever I make any changes. When I can't eat, I drink Ovaltine a lot to make sure I'm getting some amount of nutrition, sugar, and calories. Some people like to drink Ensure, same kind of idea. Taking vitamins is good too, but be careful not to let your blood sugar get too low (even if you're not diabetic or hypoglycemic, it is still important), which is why I suggest something like Ensure.
