I have lost 45 pounds in 1 year eating mainly chicken and turkey with lots and lots of green vegetables and fruits and now have no desire to consume red meat. In the rare occasion that I do eat meat, they are the leanest cut. What works for one person, may not work for others. Also, I walk at least a mile a day and workout on a Total Gym three times a week.
