Almost everything that you put in your body is a systemic medication, orally or injected -- it means it becomes part of your blood system, it is ever present.

A non systemic medication would not stay in your blood stream -- oral ones I can't think offhand except maybe for old fashioned antacids (not like Zantac), and topical medications (creams) that are not generally absorbed in your bloodstream.

Though some topical ones are absorbed to a limited extend, such as hydrocortisone and more often large quantities of benadryl external cream can become systemic transdermally (through the skin, like a patch.)
