How to compare lithobid to lithium orotate?

I wonder what dose of lithium orotate equals a dose of lithobid or other common lithiums? For example, 100mg lithium orotate = 300mg lithium citrate, or whatever.

What side effects could be expected from orotate lithium compared to other lithiums?

If there is to be any benefit for depression, what is the timeframe of onset of action?
