> Can I jsut say that today I am sad? My daughter left for a 2 month mission trip and I miss her so much. I still feel like my Geodon/Lamictal is a good combo for me, and I have sustained a very mild hypomanic stae for some time which has been great, but today, I am just sad. I think it's just circumstantial. But if I am comin' down, is this what it would look like? And what else should I be watching/prepared for? Do the meds balance the down ride too? Just sad.

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$Hi Mary!
That is such a great question. I used to try and analyze all my feelings sift through and try to pick ..which is real...which is from depression ...all the time. Today I simply look at the situation....in your case i would say it is normal to miss your daughter so I would say it is a real feeling and not one brought on by depression. After using your senses this way most likely you wont have to even look and compare you will begin to realize the diference between ...what is real and what is not {as real as i know those feelings get}...hope your doing good Mary!!
