Resistant Insomnia. Seroquel, Appetite. cymbalta

Posted by llrrrpp on June 13, 2006, at 3:58:55

So, I'm doing a little experiment now.

I've been taking 25 mg seroquel for sleep.

Last night, I didn't. I got a nice bit of exercise done, so I felt naturally sleepy.

I also take 60 mg of cymbalta at bedtime. (Depression). Usually I pass out before I feel any of the side effects. Well.... not last night. I felt kinda funny, like a surge o tinglies in my peripheral nervous system, and odd kinesthetic feedback that my body was in 2 pieces, an upper part, and a lower part, like I had participated in the magic experiment where a young lady is sawn in half. Don't worry, it wasn't painful. It was just odd, not to have the sense of unity!

yeah, well. I woke up pretty lucid. Wide and awake after only 4 hours. It's 4 in the morning. I'm gonna try to go back to bed.

Should I just take the seroquel forever? I think it might be making me hungry. I've been eating a lot of sweets, and I feel like eating the SECOnD I get up. Thoughts?
