I fully sympathize with what you are experiencing in the clip that you had shown. The only thing, and please don't take this that I mean anything callously, is that experts in TD such as the Wirshings note that those who are aware of TD like movements are least likely to actually have TD.
However, even if you do notice them, that is also recorded in what is known as an AIMS (Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale) exam, which I hope your doctor has done. It is a subjective level measurement of TD performed by a doctor by observation and instructions to perform various acts of using your muscles.
What you may have is facial fasciculations. But that is for your doctor to decide. I have had fasciculations too on Seroquel (spontaneous contractions of muscle fibers).
Best wishes and I hope things resolve for you, as noted there are ways to resolve TD at least partially by switching atypicals.There is also tentative evidence that using a dopamine depleter called tetrabenazine, in studies at Baylor College, has reduced TD in a significant percentage of patients.
