As you know, Percocet contains oxycodone. Many people have accidentally discovered that it has an antidpressant effect on them when they took it for pain. Some people here have used oxycodone as an antidepressant. If you are an opioid responder, I think you are better off trying buprenorphine. Oxycodone is more apt to produce tolerance and dependence.
