I think I know exactly the feeling in the specific location--it has come and gone over the years--I assume it is an involuntary muscle twitch (benign fasciculations) and is related to stress, caffeine, excessive exercise, fatigue, or other changes in neurochemistry--mine increase when I am higher doses of ssris--I tend to have them in arms, legs, etc--but they are particularly noticeable when they involve a large muscle group that is not directly skeletal. BTW, do not look up fasciculations and panic--they are almost always benigh and in the absence of muscle wasting are not something over which you should worry.
