I have two seperate Psyche Docs say that it is ok.
I take mine this way.
I think the medication may be distributed throughout the tablet and the coating is not the primary time release mechanism.
Now, I am on a low dose so it may just not be much of an issue because of this. I can tell no difference in taking it split or whole as far as how fast it kicks in or how strong it is.
I know that the coating melts pretty fast. I accidently dropped one in a cup of water about a week ago.
