Yes. My experience with Adderall is that it takes around 2-3 weeks before it works to its optimal level. This is not to say that it does not have an effect for the first few days, but it begins to work best at around week 2-3. It could be because of the small dosage I took (like you)... usually around 10 mgs a day.
