What's causing my twitches?

I can't stand these stupid twitches. Just when I'm trying to rest or go to sleep, they start up all over my body (but only one twitch at a time). What's causing them? My meds are:
Depakote 500mg
Wellbutrin, 225mg
Cymbalta, 60mg
Seroquel, 12.5mg
Any feedback is appreciated.
