PROVIGIL (ALERTEC) + RIMA (MAOI)

I've started Manerix (Moclobemide) 150mg BID since a couple of days. I'm thinking about asking my Pdoc to try Provigil (Alertec) for the fatigue/memory problems etc I have since I started to have depression/anxiety problem in 2001.

Is Provigil prescribed with MAOIs ? or more precisely with RIMAs like Manerix/Aurorix (Moclobemide) ?

Any comments about this idea, Provigil (or even Manerix if you feel to) ?
