Patient presents with sx (symptoms).
Doctor does magic integration and labels dx (diagnosis).
Doctor infers from dx the appropriate tx (treatment).
Doctor fails to check and see if all sx get any better, or if tx makes new sx, because he's too busy txing a dx.Lar
