i have hit a all time low

im laying here on the floor on my laptop thinking, i have never felt this bad before, i dont know what to do. I feel so much intensity, but what is there to do about it.
I dont know if i should start Parnate, or anything.
I need to get out of this house, i need to move on my own but i dont want this to..........i cant say it.
I so low i cant, i cant even think of how to ask for help.
Please if there is anyone please post.
I just want anything, post anything please.
