If Zyban worked at the beginning, maybe Wellbutrin XL would work?? I was on regular Wellbutrin not the extended release stuff at the beginning, and it worked a little for my smoking and then stopped. See if you can cut back a little gradually-like maybe not smoking in the house or in your car at first...I know I tried countless times before I finally quit. The cravings are worst at the beginning and lessen gradually over time. Think having that self help line is what made me finally quit.Some other pointers-try putting a rubber band around your wrist and snap it when you get a craving. Try totalling up all the $ you've spent on smokes over your life time. Even trying to quit is progress and movement towards eventually quitting. Yes the lozenges did help me some too but yuk they taste like chalk. Also eating cough drops instead of having a smoke works sometimes.
