I dont know many people taking this with psych meds.
Check this with your doctor or do some self-study about metabolism of stomach, gut and above all the liver.

What I know is that carvedilol does very effectively lower blood pressure (effectively for a beta/(alpha)-blocker). If you dont have a high blood pressure please take care of standing up fastly (minus perfusion of brain) and doing things. There are many examples of especially older people standing up and then just falling behind on their head.

Carvedilol will penetrate the blood-brain barrier. Maybe you will have some headache or other things.
