Effexor and Cold Turkey: Aint Happening.

I recently went cold turkey with effexor from 75mg to 0. This is day 3 and having extreme mind alterations and nausea. Trying to get to Nardil in the very near future. How long do you have to wait to try an MAOI after taking Effexor XR? I presume 2 weeks is the recommendation. I do not know if I can take it. I guess only one day at a time. Anybody experienced this type of feeling or withdrawal? Thanks - I feel like I need a seat belt.
