Sorry, guess, I phrased that wrong, it wasn't actually a free trial, just that (probably in the fine print); they guaranteed a refund if it didn't help and you sent it back within a month. I got a refurbished model, but even so, with the postage back and forth and the 10% "restocking fee" I wasted $89.95. A miniature drop in the bucket compared to what I've wasted over the years on therapy, meds, rTMS, and other useless things in the futile pursuit of mental health, but annoying, nonetheless...
