I was struck by the similarity betweem cyproheptadine and mirtazapine. Both were OK while I was asleep (but not when I awoke). I don't know if cyproheptadine stimulates appetite?? Would taking that instead of mirtazapine make any sense. I took half a tablet of cypro, 1mg I think.
