I have been on both. Lyrica is much stronger, excellent for anxiety disorders. I never really could tell if neurontin was working or not...with Lyrica, trust me it works! Of course as always this is just my experience with these drugs. I've heard that they are both manufactured by the same company..and that Lyrica is pretty much going to replace Neurontin.
