It really kind of depends. I get everything in 5 mg tablets and if I want a REALLY constant level in my blood stream I will usually take them and break them in half, and take 2.5mg 4 times a day. That takes some dedication though. Usually it's 5mg twice a day.
Sometimes I meet myself halfway and take 2.5mg (half a tablet) in the morning, 2.5mg at about lunchtime, and 5mg in the afternoon. I generally take this stuff during the day, not at night.
