Tepi, I really think some sort of therapy is your best bet at this point, but it sounds as though you'll have a hard time finding it where you are, or affording it. So...
How about getting a self-help workbook to work on behaviors that can help you cope with feeling bad? Right at first, it's going to be especially hard -- I am telling you this as a warning, so that you don't think there's something wrong with you -- because you're going to go through a phase of saying, "I'm doing this because it's supposed to help me, but even though I'm trying so hard, I still feel really bad -- it's not worth it..." It is worth it, though, because once you have a little more time working on the behavioral things, you will find that you feel better, or the things that bother you don't bother you as much...
Give it a try. There are books in English like the "Anxiety and Phobia Workbook" that might be helpful, but I don't know if what's available in Spanish. Give a look at Amazon, and I promise you -- if you work on it, it will help you.
Good luck.
