Thank you for your post Phillipa-
Well it is not a strong diagnosis since I have not done any discussion or behavior therapy. Sometimes I feel like my doc is "Dr. Feelgood" LOL
However I was diagnosed with depression and bipolar disorder(not sure which one exactly). I read to learn more about it from time to time.
