I spent the first month on Parnate not sleeping at night, then fighting to stay awake midafternoon. But after 4 or 5 weeks, the insomnia just disappeared. I went to bed one night and slept, then never had a problem sleeping on Parnate again. I can't guarantee that will happen with Emsam, but if you can possibly tolerate it, give it at least a month. I realize it's tough, but it just could be worth it.
